Thank you for your interest in La Fontaine Academy!

We are a proudly and proactively inclusive school that believes our differences are what make us stronger. We welcome all families to our community and work hard to make sure that everyone feels that they are part of something special.

Using evidenced-based pedagogy, and a very carefully planned curriculum that runs through from Reception to Year 6, our teachers provide the children at La Fontaine with a world-class education. For us, it’s important to get the fundamentals correct, so that the children can continue to flourish as they go to secondary school and beyond.

Below is information on how you can find out more about our school and then apply to be part of our community.

Come and visit!

If you would like to see our school in action, we invite families to visit each Friday (starting from 1st October 2021) at 9am to have a look around the school and see some lessons. The tour will be led by one of the school leaders and you will have the opportunity to ask lots of questions about what we do, why we have chosen to do what we do, and what it looks like in practice. If you would like to join one of these tours, please email the school office on office@lafontaineacademy.org<mailto:office@lafontaineacademy.org> or call 020 8353 4160 and let us know who to expect.

If you’re not able to visit, you can see our virtual tour by following the following link:

New School Admissions Code

Please note the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 Admission Policy has been updated in line with the requirements of the new School Admissions Code which comes into force on 1 September 2021 and will apply with immediate effect.
